Attention Customers!
Due to customer feedback, South Central Transit Authority (SCTA) will reconfigure the proposed Route and Schedules changes and present a new proposal at the June SCTA Board meeting.
SCTA has reviewed the customer comments received and will be proposing changes to the current proposal. When the new proposal is presented at the June Board Meeting, the public will have 30-Days to make any comments again.
Even with the plan to present changes to the proposed Route and Schedule recommendations, SCTA has decided to continue with the scheduled public hearing on Monday, June 17th from 12 PM – 2 PM and then 4 PM – 8 PM at the RRTA Operations Center. A virtual option is available for the public hearings. See link info. below to join virtually.
The new schedule links with the new proposal details will be posted on the RRTA website on Thursday, June 20, after the Board meeting.

Comments will be accepted throughout the entire 30-day comment period, not just at the public hearing meetings.
SCTA has announced proposed Route and Schedule Changes for Red Rose Transit at the May SCTA Board Meeting. All the proposed Route and Schedule Changes are available for review by visiting RRTA’s Proposed Route and Schedule Changes page.
The SCTA TDP ’23 Final Transit Development Plan was presented and accepted by the SCTA Board on Wednesday, March 20, 2024 at the March SCTA Board Meeting.
