RRTA has unveiled our new BE NICE Customer Service Program – Better Expectations with New Improved Customer Experience. RRTA is implementing a new customer service program for all our employees to re-focus our efforts in making sure our customers have the best experience they possibly can when they interact with our employees and use our services.
