RRTA Unveils BE NICE Customer Service Program

RRTA has unveiled our new BE NICE Customer Service Program – Better Expectations with New Improved Customer Experience.  RRTA is implementing a new customer service program for all our employees to re-focus our efforts in making sure our customers have the best experience they possibly can when they interact with our employees and use our services.  RRTA is also reemphasizing our Customer Code of Conduct which asks our riders to Ride with Respect and treat others as they would want to be treated.
