Attention RRTA Customers:

Our On-line pass sales option is currently unavailable.

There are a few ways you can still purchase a pass using a credit card:

  1. Purchase at RRTA sales offices.
    Queen Street Station, 225 North Queen Street or RRTA Operations Center, 45 Erick Road;
  2. Purchase through RRTA Go Mobile App
    • Install the app on your phone through the App Store or Google Play Store
    • Set up an account
    • Go to tickets
    • Select Buy Tickets at the top of the screen
    • Select Passes and select the pass to purchase
    • Complete the payment process
    • Go back to tickets. At the bottom of the screen, the pass will appear
    • A QR Code will appear for you to scan at the orange validator on the bus.
  3. Purchase through Go Mobile portal on RRTA  website.
    • Go to https://portal.redrosetransit.com
    • Select Buy Passes
    • Select Reload Go Mobile Smart Card
    • Select Buy fares
    • Select the pass to purchase
    • Sign into the account using the email on file
    • A link will be sent to the email
    • Enter payment information
    • After the pass has been purchased, go to RRTA Go Mobile App on the phone. In the Tickets menu, the purchased pass will appear.
    • A QR Code will appear for you to scan at the orange validator on the bus.

Refund Policy on RRTA Passes

RRTA does not assume responsibility for the loss, theft, destruction or misplacement of passes by our passengers. Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable. RRTA does not make refunds or exchanges.
