Red Rose Transit Authority (RRTA) is currently accepting applications for a Full-Time “Garage” Utility Worker. Valid PA Class “B” CDL is required. This position requires the fueling and moving of transit buses and service vehicles. Position hours are Monday through Friday, 4:00pm – 12:30am. RRTA offers a competitive starting rate, excellent benefits and pension.

Full-Time Tech III Diesel Mechanic

Red Rose Transit Authority (RRTA) is currently accepting applications for a FULL-TIME TECH III DIESEL MECHANIC. Cummins engine and strong electrical experience a plus. Must have own tools. Class “B” CDL required with air brake and passenger endorsements, plus a valid state inspection license Class 3.

This position may require working nights and weekends.

RRTA provides uniforms, a tool allowance of $650 per year, as well as an excellent starting salary with shift differential, pension and medical benefits with low employee contribution. Starting hourly rate is $30.25.

PA Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class B with Passenger Endorsement and Air Brake Endorsement required. Must be able to pass D.O.T. pre-employment physical and D.O.T. drug and alcohol testing.
