Private: Part-Time Dispatcher

South Central Transit Authority (SCTA) is seeking a Part-Time Sunday Dispatcher for its Lancaster office (Red Rose Transit). SCTA is seeking a reliable part-time dispatcher to provide assistance to bus drivers and customers in support of RRTA’s daily transit operations. Hours include Sunday mornings with the possibility of filling-in during the week as necessary. Private: Millersville University Part-Time Driver

The Red Rose Transit Authority is currently accepting applications for a safe, courteous and reliable seasonal bus operator. An opening for a seasonal operator for the Millersville University Park City Xpress service is available. Position includes a four day work week; Friday through Monday for a total of 22.5 hours per week. Friday’s shift is 8:25am to 3:15pm, Saturday and Monday shifts are 1:40 p.m. to 6:25 p.m. and the Sunday shift is 12:45 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. A starting rate of $15.85 per hour with rate increasing to $16.27 per hour after a 90 working day probation.

The ideal candidate will be at least 25 years of age with an excellent safety record. A CDL Class B license with air brake and passenger endorsements is also required. The individual must be able to relate well with the public and professional driving experience is preferred. Red Rose Transit Authority (RRTA) is currently accepting applications for a FULL-TIME DIESEL MECHANIC. Cummins engine and strong electrical experience a plus. Must have own tools. Class “B” CDL required with air brake and passenger endorsements plus a valid state inspection license required within 6 months. The authority may assist in obtaining the passenger endorsement.

This position may require working nights and weekends. RRTA provides uniforms, a generous tool allowance, as well as an excellent starting salary and benefits with low employee contribution.
