About Find My Ride Apply

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania offers this online eligibility service for people to apply for programs that provide transportation assistance throughout the commonwealth. These programs mainly help seniors, persons with disabilities, and people needing assistance getting to medical appointments. Still, other groups of people may also be covered depending on where they live and their needs. The service works by asking applicants a series of questions about themselves and their needs and then sending the responses directly to the appropriate transportation provider. The transportation provider may request additional information before approving the application for service. The application process costs nothing, but you may be charged a per-trip fee or fare for the transportation services. The transportation provider will discuss any required fares with you when you schedule service with them.
